Welcome to the terms and conditions page for AI Art, a digital platform that offers a subscription-based service for downloading AI-generated digital resources. In this document, whenever “AI Art” is mentioned, it refers to the services provided by the website aiart.c7solution.com, which is owned and operated by Connect Seven Solution Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian company. By subscribing to AI Art, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions that govern your use of the platform. It is important that you read and understand these terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to the service.
- Subscription
When you subscribe to AI Art, you will have access to download any image from our collection at no additional cost. Your subscription will renew monthly, quarterly or annually, depending on the subscription plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Image Downloads
To download images, you must add the desired images to your cart and complete the checkout process. As an active subscriber, you will not be required to make any payment at checkout. After checkout, you will receive an email with download links for each image. You may download each image up to three times per checkout, and the download link will remain valid for seven days. You may checkout and download the same image multiple times while your subscription is active.
- Sharing of Download Links
You are not permitted to share the download links provided to you through AI Art with any third party or make them available to the public in any way.
- Use of Downloaded Images
You are permitted to use the downloaded images for personal or commercial use. You may use the images in emails, on social media, or any other digital platform. You may also print the images on marketing materials over 500,000 times and use them on merchandise for commercial use. However, you are not allowed to resell the images themselves as a product or a digital art service.
- Copyright
All images available on AI Art are protected by copyright law. You may not use or distribute any of the images without obtaining the necessary permission from AI Art or the copyright owner.
- Disclaimer
AI Art makes no warranty that its service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our service.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

- Refunds

- Download Errors
If you experience any issues with a download link, or if a link is linked to the wrong image, please contact our support team and we will fix the error as soon as possible. However, under such circumstances, you cannot claim refunds or adjustments.
- Age Requirement

- Pricing
We reserve the right to change the pricing of our subscriptions at any time without prior notice. However, any such changes will not affect the current subscription of active users. For auto re-subscribe, the latest plan pricing will be charged.
- Currency
AI Art charges in either Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or United States Dollars (USD). The currency used for payment will be determined by the location of the user and is subject to change at our discretion.
